Our Structured Recruitment Process

Successful seasonal recruitment does not begin with forwarding CVs — it begins with a clearly defined selection process.

Alpine Hospitality Partners follows a structured, transparent recruitment model based on precision, pre-selection, and expectation alignment.

Our objective is sustainable placement — not transactional recruitment.

The process

  1. Eligibility Requirements

To work in Austria you must have:

  • EU citizenship

  • Relevant hospitality experience

  • Basic to good German skills

  • Full seasonal availability

German proficiency is a decisive factor, particularly for service and reception roles.

  1. CV Submission

The process begins with CV submission. Your CV should clearly state:

  • Detailed professional experience

  • German language level

  • Availability period

  • Previous seasonal work (if applicable)

Applications are reviewed carefully before presentation to hotels.

We assess:

  • Experience level

  • Communication skills in German

  • Professional consistency

  • Expectation alignment

The goal is correct placement, not rapid placement.

  1. Pre-Selection & Evaluation
  1. Hotel Interview

If shortlisted:

  • An online interview is arranged

  • Salary and conditions are discussed

  • Final assessment is made

Professional communication is critical.

  1. Job Offer & Employment Contract

If selected:

  • You receive a formal job offer

  • You sign an Austrian employment contract

  • Salary and working conditions are clarified

Compensation follows the Austrian hospitality collective agreement.

  1. Pre-Departure Preparation

We provide guidance regarding:

  • Staff accommodation

  • Social insurance

  • First working days

  • Cultural adjustment

Preparation significantly reduces early contract termination.

  1. Timeline

Peak recruitment periods:

  • September–November (winter season)

  • March–May (summer season)
