Specialized Hospitality Recruitment for Alpine Hotels

Introduction

Alpine Hospitality Partners is a Greece-based recruitment agency specializing in the structured placement of hospitality professionals in Austria, with a particular focus on the Tirol region. We connect carefully selected Greek hospitality professionals with 3–5 star alpine hotels seeking reliable, EU-qualified seasonal staff. Our approach is structured, targeted, and partnership-oriented.

Our Services

We provide full recruitment coordination for seasonal and skilled hospitality roles.

Targeted Candidate Sourcing

We identify candidates through a curated network of experienced hospitality professionals available for winter and summer seasons.

Pre-Screening & Evaluation

Each candidate undergoes structured assessment including:

  • Professional background review

  • German language evaluation

  • Seasonal availability confirmation

  • Expectation alignment regarding salary and conditions

We do not forward mass applications.
We present 2–3 qualified profiles per position.

Interview Coordination

We organize and coordinate interviews and support communication between hotel and candidate.

Pre-Arrival Alignment

We ensure candidates fully understand:

  • Working hours

  • Accommodation conditions

  • Austrian hospitality standards

  • Seasonal commitment expectations

This significantly reduces early termination risk.

Why Greek Hospitality Professionals?

Greek hospitality professionals represent a strong match for alpine hotel operations for several structural reasons:

Seasonal Experience

Greek workers are accustomed to high-intensity seasonal environments (islands, resorts), making adaptation to alpine seasonality smoother.

EU Citizenship

No visa or work permit complications.

Strong Service Culture

Greek hospitality culture emphasizes guest orientation, flexibility, and teamwork.

Winter Availability

Many Greek professionals work in Greece during summer and are fully available for the Austrian winter season.

Cost-Effective Stability

Relocation is self-financed by candidates, demonstrating commitment and reducing employer risk.
